To be honest, we don't really know if there are any circuses in Japan. We are, however, convinced that the gentlemen disguised as chefs who run the kitchen at Ai Uchi could easily get jobs as magicians or clowns. Nevertheless, for the time being they show their daily tricks like juggling food right here at this spacious teppanyaki restaurant. Although the sushi is affordable and reasonably tasty, there simply aren't enough waiters to cope with the numbers of diners and the ones they have could use a lesson in manners.
