Although quite simple and laconic at first glance, Yuva really shines when it comes to food. In charge of the kitchen is experienced chef Anvar Rakhmatullaev, who whips up not only Vietnamese classics, but also Thai and Indonesian. Guests especially like the way he makes pad thai, spring rolls and, of course, pho bo soup. Not everyone can finish an entire pho soup so there are two sizes: standard for 240Rbl and big for 330Rbl.
