Having mastered the art of trattoria, the owners of the Bona Capona chain have opened a two-floor meat restaurant on Bolshoy Prospekt (Petrogradkaya district). Must specializes in meat prepared using Josper’s Basque Grill, a Spanish grill system that has an open fire grill function.
