The latest project from restaurant group Duo, led by Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov, comes consumption responsible, zero-waste restaurant Harvest. The menu plays on a tolka ovoshchi/ne tolko ovoshchi (only vegetables/not only vegetables) dichotomy, served in an earthy, minimalist space of muted tones and natural wood benches and furniture. Starters include broccoli and pine nut pate, and smoked salmon with stracciatella and fresh horseradish, with mains such as pak-choi cabbage with tofu in coconut sauce, and African catfish with smoked eggplant.
