If you like haute cuisine but dislike the whole white table cloth and chandelier ritziness, EM restaurant is for you. It’s open only for dinner. There are a few tables, one waiter and two chefs who prepare their unique signature dishes right in front of you in the open kitchen. The chefs Olesya Drobot and Viktoria Mosina love nature and almost every weekend they go to the forests of Leningrad region to find unusual ingredients such as mushrooms or herbs and to visit the farms where they get the products. The menu changes once a month and you can check it out online beforehand. Vegans will be happy too as EM offers a special vegan set. Don’t forget to make a reservation.
