A wonderful discovery set in a set of rundown pre-war buildings not far from the World Ocean Museum. A shop must have stood here in German times (the name refers to the premises pre-war address) and the beautifully decorated interior gives you as much a sense of old Königsberg as anywhere in town. The food is a mix of cuisines with borsch, draniki (dumplings) and bruschetta on the menu and they serve some great Grimbergen beer too. The prices are high for Kaliningrad but the atmosphere and surroundings along with the food make this a thoroughly recommended spot.
