If you're in the mood to murder a big chunk of meat, the Eindhoven outlet of the Ribs Factory is a good place to start. Vegetarians can stop reading right now. Mouthwatering servings of tender ribs come slathered in a number of different sauces including the juicy Jack Daniels plate, which is an absolute classic. Cutlery is just for show as the meat is so well-cooked that it basically falls of the bone while you watch it. Ribs Factory also has burgers and big steaks, but the superb ribs are the real stars of the show. The interior is a bit generic, but the staff makes up for this shortcoming by serving meals in high gear with a genuine smile. Keep an eye out for daily specials, which are considerably cheaper than the meals on the menu.
