With its sleek, modern look this takeaway restaurant appears to be a hip, exciting place, but once you enter you soon realise that it's just an ordinary wok joint like many others in the city. However, its wide range of Chinese and Japanese dishes still makes Bamboo worth a visit. You’ll come across some well-known dishes like chop choy or teriyaki chicken, but also a few surprises such as chuka wakame (Japanese seaweed salad) and kani (crab) sushi. Although it might fall short of the mark for true connoisseurs, the food is quite tasty and you can take it with you.
