Three of Holland's most attractive buildings, Amsterdam Central Station, the Rijksmuseum and De Haar Castle, were all the brainchild of architect Pierre Cuypers and the design of this restaurant was based on sketches that were found in his estate after his death. Fortunately there's more to enjoy in Anafora than its beautiful architecture as the menu is quite good as well. Lunch dishes include tasty sandwiches on slices of freshly baked bread.
