What do monkeys, a rabbit and two peacocks have in common? Seemingly very little, but thanks to two local artists we now know the deeper meaning behind this question. Apparently, not only animals interact through the senses of smell, taste, sight and hearing, but people do as well. And possibly on this very bench, which is 12m long and inlaid with colourful ceramic tiles, not to mention a steel group of statues, each animal weighing 500 kilos! The bench serves as an ideal place for a relaxing pitstop inside Leeuwensteyn Park. In case you were wondering, the tongue twisting French title refers to the famous tapestry series 'La Dame a la Licorne'.
