At Hitzberger, the emphasis is on well-balanced fast food. Gourmet chef Eduard Hitzberger created wraps, curries, sandwiches, soups and salads that were meant to be healthy and tasty at the same time. We'd say he succeeded. The wraps and sandwiches are a treat, you get served fast and the sustainable approach with mostly organic ingredients and bio-degradable packaging and cutlery is certainly not wrong.
