Marko Gajski, a Head chef, teamed up with the experienced sommeliers developed a gastronomic identity rooted in the rich Dalmatian cuisine. Senjković Winery
Is a small family winery from Nerežišća, a small village right in the center of Brač island. They are situated at high altitudes (380 m) and that’s probably the reason why their wines are so fresh and floral.One of the things on our ‘to-do-list’ is to go to Brač next year and schedule a tasting dinner in Senjković winery.
