The Royal Łazienki invites everybody to take part in extraordinary meetings with culture and art of China. Thanks to King Stanisław August Poniatowski's love for Chinese art Chinese Garden was built, and in 1780 old Wilanów Road in Łazienki was turned into Chinese Avenue. At the intersection of the Avenue and Royal Promenade, a stylish Chinese bridge was built. During the Chinese Lantern Festival, the guests will be given a chance to walk along the longest avenue in Royal Łazienki, that is Chinese Avenue, stylishly decorated with lanterns. The Avenue will be filled with the lanterns' magical light every day until 11:00 pm. There will be concerts taking place at Ogród Chinski at 20:00 on Sunday nights starting July 31st. Guests will have a chance to hear Chinese and Polish folk music, Japanese Buyo, popular music from India, China, Japan and Taiwan, Polish and Turkish tunes. The finale will take place on August 28th and will feature an array of music from Vietnamese Dan Tranh to Chinese Guzheng and Guqin.
