Part of the re-vitalised Garnizon (ENG: Garrison) development in Wrzeszcz, that was an army, police and security services base for first the Germans, then the Free City and then the Poles. Stary Manaz is a modern concert venue with adjacent restaurant and bar/cafe set in what was once the riding academy building (from the French Manège) and is host to some great live music.
