A truly glamourous affair, Premier is self-proclaimed as the only four-star restaurant in the entire south of Serbia. Although we are not entirely sure what exactly this entails, the place undeniable attracts the see-and-be-seen crowd of Niš. It's large modernly designed interior can fit almost 200, and private events are a normal occurrence here. The menu offers a mix of international and traditional cuisine, while the drinks and wine list compliment things nicely.
