The gastronomic cluster around Kirochnaya ul. shows no signs of slowing its growth! Mr. Bo is the first independent project of chefs Dmitry Bogachev and Eldar Muradov of the Mansarda fame. As the name suggests, you’ll be sampling food with an Asian influence in this fine establishment with its own oyster and wine station. The menu is by no means large (it’s made up of some 25 dishes) but here, the chefs really let their imaginations run wild. Prawns with tomatoes and yuzu sauce served on rice crackers with thin slices of celery; scallops covered with avocado, ginger jelly and a citrus trio; or miniature dim sums are all well worth a try!
