Whilst the ironically-named Łódź (ENG: boat) is a good 300km from the coast and far from any major waterways, the name Ukryte Rzeki (ENG: Hidden Rivers) perfectly complements the mysterious origins of the city, in addition to wonderful menu and atmosphere it has to offer.



To be clear, it is actually located beside the small-but-picturesque Jasień river, one of the few such spots that can be enjoyed in Łódź. Within the interior of the premises that itself is located within the revitalised industrial complex of Ogrody Geyera, one will discover an incredible modern interior, balancing brickwork with modern lighting and plant furnishings. A pass over the carefully selected wine list draws upon the idea of streams meeting and passing. As for the menu, one can discover the work of a creatively minded kitchen that combines recipes of various cuisines, regions and even eras. The 'Hidden Rivers' cocktail bar is an unconventional space that draws upon the city’s origin as well as more modern influences.
 

 
Live music can be enjoyed on Fridays and Saturdays (18:30 - 21:30) and Sundays (15:00 - 18:00). While it shouldn't come as a surprise, Ukryte Rzeki is perfect for any occasion, be it a quick lunch, formal business meeting or a romantic dinner for two. Come try it and try not to miss it!!
