As you might assume from somewhere as gorgeous as Hvar, there are plenty of excellent options for spending money on the island. All the usual souvenirs (many with a charming Hvar twist) can be found, while local producers of lavender and natural cosmetics are given plenty of room to shine. Pay special attention to the agave lace at the Benedictine Monastery, which deservedly has a place on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
