Effortlessly stylish and dripping in sophistication, Glôd is precisely the type of establishment we like to see in Hvar. The minimalist aesthetic is expert-level here (the swings by the door were made for photographs), but the organic coffee and range of delicious pastries are the real pull. The beans come from Zagreb-based Cogito Coffee Roasters, while we can only assume that the pastries come straight from heaven.
