Unlike its counterpart, Arco by Paco Pérez, the other restaurant on the Olivia Star Observation Deck is a much less formal affair and recommended for those on a slightly-lower budget! Treinta y Tres, as the name may suggest, deals in Spanish cuisine. Aside mains like Catalonian Chicken Soup with Meatballs and Soba Noodles and Galician Entrecote Steak, you'll find a large Tapas section in the menu, which is what was hyped for so long leading up to the opening of this restaurant. As the ultimate finger food, you will find small arrangements of eggs, oysters, anchovies, Iberian ham, red prawns, eggplant with miso and sesame sauce and many more. Groups looking for a treat should consider booking a table and enjoying a meal with the best possible views that Tri-city can offer.
