Since its opening in 2019, Słony Spichlerz (Salty Granary) rivals other prime real estate gastro spots with what is arguable the culinary heart in Gdańsk. Found in the repurposed Deo Plaza building on Granary Island, this restaurant market concept combines many restaurant keepers under one roof and one space, serving high-quality dishes with much diversity - Italian (Pizza & Pasta), Korean, Japanese (Ramen & Sushi), Thai, Polish, Vegetarian, Mexican, American-style burgers, as well as other meats and creative culinary ideas. Its stylish interiors include 2 bars with a wide range of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and a young-and-spritely cafe. In such an ideal location in Gdańsk, just across the canal from Gdańsk Old Town, it has now become a popular meeting place where everyone can eat and drink what they please and at any time of the day. Saturdays and Sunday from 9:00-12:00 offer a Breakfast Market (Targ Śniadaniowy) when all the restaurants have the opportunity to show off their breakfast offers.
