Kiasmos was formed by Icelandic composer ÓlafurArnalds, known for his unique blend of minimal piano and string compositions with electronic sounds, and Janus Rasmussen, known as the mastermind of the electro-pop outfit Bloodgroup. The two musicians share their love for minimal, experimental music. Beside performing as a duo, Rasmussen is also playing Kiasmos DJ sets. Their music is filled with unexpected compositions, organic structures and sound experiments, involving various instruments,  even clicking fingers and mechanical clattering.
