Graduate of Krakow's Fine Arts Academy and winner of multiple awards any artist would drool over, Beata Ewa Białecka has dedicated her artistic career to capturing the female form. In so doing, she has managed to set herself apart by creating her own thematic niche and trademark style. This exhibition features 57 of her works, but they don't really qualify as portraits; rather, her works more so function as an inventory of what femininity is made of, how it functions, and how its status, conditions, and roles in society are shaped.
