An autumn tradition for 17 years at the ECS, the All About Freedom Festival (AAFF), invites you to a thought-provoking exploration of freedom's essence. Far from an easygoing affair, the festival challenges, sometimes discomforts, for it delves into the fundamental value of life: freedom, a quintessential aspect of Gdansk's identity. Through carefully curated films, protagonists grapple with the definitions and implications of freedom—what it means and what happens in its absence. These films, often world premieres, are complemented by artistic events, masterclasses, and engaging discussions with creators and scholars.
