Aleksandra Szczodry went on a trip to the East, to research other cultures, search for a different point of view, and become more familiar with herself. The title "Tigers and Frogs" reflects perfectly the essence of her journey. A tiger is a symbol of immortality, whereas a frog is a symbol of creation, a rebirth and healing. In order to create a series of artworks, the artist used memories, sketches and notes that stimulated creative thinking and allowed her to capture the message of her journey.
