Burgers and much more at this rather cool, contemporary location not far from the city centre, but far enough to make it a quirky and fuss-free alternative to the Old Town and environs. Besides six classic burgers (of which the Empire State is the best) there are a few diversions, such as a lamb and halloumi burger, a pulled-duck sandwich (try it) and a mushroom-based veggie option. Decent salads and homemade fries complete the menu. You can wash it all down with a pint of London Pride, on draught no less.
