Officially only students and teachers of the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences have access to this student bar. However, during an undercover pub crawl, the friendly staff never asked to see our student ID. You'll, probably get in as long as you look like a student or an exhausted and stressed out professor. Inside you'll be rewarded with a ridiculously low bar bill, as a beer or a glass of wine will only cost you €1.67. A pitcher containing exactly eight glasses of beer works out even cheaper at €8.90. If you're hungry try the greasy Bifi sausage for only €1.25 or a toasty for €1.27. Bare in  mind though, that you can only pay with a Ducth Chipknip, so you might want to befriend someone at the bar and work it out with them.
