The triumph of the cocktail in recent years has definitely made itself known in Zurich. We would go even further and call it a real renaissance for mixed drinks in Switzerland's economic capital. While only a decade ago, proper cocktail bars were scarce, Zurich now has its fair share of specialists who take cocktails and service seriously (think free water before you even order). Many of these urban alchemists can even be called authentic mixologists, developing unique concoctions that are presented in an extravagant way.
