This chocolate is handmade in Zurich, but that’s not the only reason why it makes a good present or souvenir. It simply tastes great. Owner Kay Keusen is a true aficionado and his company can now produce chocolates from ‘bean to bar’, meaning that they do all of the necessary production steps themselves - unlike many of the big chocolate producers. We personally think that you can taste the difference. In addition to the new bean-to-bar collection there’s a handful of different chocolates available (try the dark chilli!) among other treats.
