The setting here is modern and really enjoyable, somewhere between business and casual - but definitely a far cry from the cowshed atmosphere the name might imply. The cuisine matches the interior: a modern take on Swiss and international dishes. The menu changes frequently and most ingredients are sourced locally. Neither the beef burger nor the tartar gave us any reason whatsoever to complain. There are also vegetarian and even vegan options.
