Kinkhao serves a so-called Thai tavolata. You sit together at large tables and enjoy the four to six courses that are on offer during its dinner service. It all starts with an apéro followed by a surprisingly spicy Thai salad, a starter such as fish cakes and a variety of curries. Later in the week an additional intermediate course is available as well as an extra main course on Fridays and Saturdays. Best of all, this comes at an amazingly affordable flat rate (40 - 75Sfr depending on the day of the week). We enjoyed the food here, especially the curries, the yellow one with chicken being our absolute favourite. The tavolata concept also really works well, as the dinner starts at the same time for everyone, so you also get to know your neighbours – just like in Thailand.
