Large cuts of Argentinian beef - that's what the Churrasco in the middle of the old town is all about. Choose your preferred weight and cut - fillet, sirloin, rump steak - and tell the waiter how you would like the chef to grill it. There is also lamb, chicken and horse, all from the grill. On busy nights like on the weekend, it's best if you're not in a hurry as it might take a while until your meat is ready. The beef comes with the traditional chimchurri sauce (parsley, coriander, garlic and oil). The snug courtyard at the back offers sheltered outdoor tables.
