[closed] Beiz
beiz is the Swiss term for a rustic, tavern-style restaurant. With its aged dark wooden tables and chairs the Beiz visually definitely lives up to its name. The menu on the other hand has a more modern touch than a run-of-the-mill beiz. It’s inspired by traditional Swiss dishes and cooked with regional, market fresh ingredients. The veal chop we had was delicate and the bone marrow delicious. The beers on tap are from BFM, a small brewery in the French-speaking west of Switzerland. Besides a rather standard lager some more particular flavours are on offer too.
