ZIYP: What is your favorite place for drinking coffee or going out in Zagreb?
David: It is definitely any coffee shop on Cvjetni trg. Especially during the spring and in autumn. There is some special charm to be sorrounded with old architecture and all those people passing by...

ZIYP: Any recommendations for a trip around the Zagreb area?
David: I would have to say Trakošćan castle, Marija Bistrica and Tuhelj.

ZIYP: What is your secret place to escape from the crowds?
David: Medvednica. There is absolutely no better place to be in peace and relaxed than in nature, sourrounded with trees and breathing fresh air far away from the city... It is priceless.

ZIYP: What should guests bring home with them as a souvenir from Zagreb?
David: I still haven`t found that „special something“, but I love Bajadera, and as a souvenir are also great pictures of Maksimir, St Mark's Square, Jelačić Square or miniatures of Chatedral.

ZIYP: Any advice on what visitors must try from the local specialties?
David: Well, I do not have my favourite, but Zagreb steak and čobanac are really great, if you are not a vegetarian, of course.
