After becoming a favourite for quick Tex-Mex eats - especially mid pub crawl - Panczo decided to expand their big-ass burrito concept to the most important meal of the day, breakfast. The quality of ingredients and craftsmanship is the same, as is the tacky but pleasing design aesthetic, but one thing has changed for the worse: portion sizes. The breakfast burrito will still fill you up, but the huevos rancheros (or, shall we say, the singular huevo ranchero), served with two small tortillas and a few dollops of black bean paste, tomatoes, and guac, simply won't work; we left feeling even more hungry. After 12:00 Mon-Fri and 13:00 Sat-Sun the menu changes to their more classic selection of burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.
