Poland has been undergoing what we can only call a breakfast revolution, certainly where eating out on the town is concerned;
what used to entail instant coffee and maybe a cigarette has turned into a rite, with the emergence of food porn cookbooks, vigorous instagramming, and hip urbanites embracing weekend brunching as an indispensable life experience.
