The latest concept restaurant project, located within the city centre Mercure Warszawa Centrum. Winestone takes its name from the fact that it stocks a great selection of fine wines and also serves food on very fashionable French stone tablets, otherwise known as ‘Les Planches.’ The calming and unfussy design features an unusual violet and black colour scheme, large wooden tables and a hefty bar. Everyone can feel like a budding Oz Clarke with the rather helpfully laid-out wine list which is split into four easy-to-decipher categories - fresh & light, fruity & tasty, balanced and elegant, full and aromatic. A newly expanded shop inside the restaurant sells wine, bread, olives and a variety of foods so you can try and recreate your experience at home. Also located on ul.
