Perfect for a business lunch, romantic dinner or extended family feast, the five-star facade starts to slip after sundown, when Paros transforms into a classy cocktail bar. The live concerts on Wednesday and Thursday (from 19:00), Friday and Saturday (from 21:00) are a fun, energetic affair, but Paros explodes into a raucous club on weekends after 23:00 when the DJs take over. The music and window views of ecstatic revellers twirling between tables (or even dancing on them sometimes) draw crowds in off the street, making this hotel restaurant surprisingly reliable for a wild night on Fridays and Saturdays.
