There are places that try to be cool, and then there are places that just are. Pardon To Tu falls comfortably into the latter. A music club for people who actually know and love music (not loud bass and lasers), PTT essentially looks like someone rolled the racks out of an indie record store, replaced them with cheap tables and chairs and invited all their friends over. Disinterested (re:cool) DJs play whatever they want for the low-key crowd of hipsters and their dogs hanging out beneath vinyl records that you can buy off the walls. They’ve got good, cheap Italian food to curb the munchies and in summer the space out front becomes a sprawling beer garden. Host to frequent concerts and film screenings, this is a veritable cultural centre and a great place to make new friends.

Ok, in terms of being cool, there is some trying going on - particularly the back wall which is emblazoned with hundreds of band names. If your favourite band isn’t listed, well we don’t know what to tell you because they included everyone from Kate Bush to Kakkmaddafakka and even went so far as to list Smog and Bill Callahan separately. See if you can pass this test of Warsaw hipsterdom.
