This milk bar has the décor to look modern, but all the classic staples of a traditional milk bar – bitchy staff, a dead bug in our drink, not enough tables – to feel like a Communist-era classic. Mleczarnia Jerozolimska is consistently busy, something we chalk up to location more than anything else. Our pierogi never materialised (anything not on hand behind the small counter is sent down via a food elevator) though the borscht and giant salad were both serviceable. Also at ul.
