Originally found in Galeria Mokotów shopping mall, Jeff has now added another restaurant to his repertoire, this one on the road running to the airport. The m.o. is exactly the same, with a ranch-style menu and interiors that don’t go beyond your standard soup of number plates and road signs. Recommended are the ribs, a favourite with American exiles.
Great place, decent food, especially the 9zl breakfast, buy truly awful, awful service.

This place should be really great, it looks like a typical US diner from the outside and once inside you feel like you're somewhere in the Good old USA but the staff are not so customer friendly as you would find in America. America is the home of great customer service with a smile, Jeff's delivers the exact opposite. So my advice is to head on out to one of the other American style eateries instead - I won't be going back here.Just in case you're wondering, the food was not great either, not a disaster, but going in that direction. One to avoid.

I had a wonderful time here. It did very much remind me of back home in the States and I had outstanding service. My waitress tried to speak the best English she could and I tried to speak the best Polish I could, so I think there was an appreciation from the start.I will definately go back and highly recommend this place, regardless of the prior two comments.

Even though its an American style restaurant the waitresses and patrons seem to stick their noses up when it comes to foreigners.Cheap breakfasts for 9zl keep me going back though.

Every time I've been to Jeff's I've always hoped that it would be a reminder of home or a relaxing atmosphere. However no matter how much I delude myself I receive the same bad service. Usually I'm ignored for 10-15 minutes and the waitresses either have some personal disliking towards English speaking foreigners or are in a continual bad mood. Why name a place after a type of culture then give bad service the people who have roots there?-Travis Johnson
