This fine food experience in the historic Hotel Europejski comes courtesy of Chef Marcin Przybysz, the 2014 winner of Top Chef Poland, whose modern interpretations of traditional Polish cuisine can be rivalled by few. This restaurant, which has made its way to the prestigious Michelin guide, offers tasting menus on two cards - 'Krótkie Historie' (Short Stories) and 'Historie' (Stories) - both play on the Polish word's inherent association with 'history,' taking diners on a creative culinary journey where each dish represents a different epoch (epoka) of Polish history, and is paired with wine by the professional sommeliers. Then there's the feast for the eyes provided by the outstanding interiors which are worth a look even if you can't stay and fit for the luxury hotel that houses them. Perfect for a pre-theatre meal or making someone feel very special, you won't be underwhelmed.
