If Warsaw needed proof that it has finally arrived as a tourist destination surely the launch of City Sightseeing is it. 1.5 hour-long tours by way of a familiar red, double-decker bus let you take in sights such as the Palace of Culture, the Royal Castle, Łazienki Park and the Praga district and much more.
Buy one ticket and hop on and off the bus of your choice, either blue or red line, as two buses depart from the Palace of Culture (Emilii Plater side) and the from the Old Town 'Stare Miasto' bus stop across from King Sigismund's Column.
Commentary available in a multitude of languages including English, Polish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Hebrew. See their website for tour details, routes and timetables. This is a great way to get a feel for Warsaw before getting out on your own two feet.
