The largest privately-owned hostel chain in the world has arrived in Warsaw, with the promise of cheap, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city - something that's sorely lacking in most major European markets. A&O's mission is to make affordable accommodation available to students, backpackers, youth groups, families and others on a tight budget, without being consigned to the outskirts of the city. In Warsaw's case, find them about 5 tramstops west of the main train station (2.5km). More like a 3-star hotel than a hostel, A&O offers 200 single, double or multi-bed rooms for different types of travellers, including large groups. Each has its own bathroom, and the furnishings are modern and simple, but stylish. Perks and facilities include a 24-hour snack bar, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, free high-speed wifi, foosball table, conference rooms, coworking space, communal kitchen, communal washer and dryer, and a children's play area. In terms of the price, you get more than you pay for, which isn't something you can say often. Recommended.

Des Moines Had a great stay here with my pals. Convenient location, fast check in, clean, comfortable room, nice vibe and lots of young people staying here. The breakfast buffet was better than I was expecting. I recommend it and I'd stay there in others cities as well if it was an option.
