Anyone who remembers Bulgaria's premier department store from days gone by may well be sad at the loss of grandeur of this building. Re-vamped as a retail centre just before the 'mall boom hit the country, it really has never managed to attract the foot traffic that one would expect with such a central location. Still it has a few things going for it - decent WC facilities being one. There are a couple of restaurants, a few shops, a dance studio and of course a very handy location for a beauty parlour (Dupissima). The customer service centre for Sofiyska Water is also here.
