This well-known restaurant, started by some of the country’s top chefs has two locations in the city now, one in the Sense Hotel, the other in Lozenets. The creations of Chef Victor Angelov never fail to amaze in creativity and flavour, and although at the upper end of the price spectrum the restaurant is always busy. Obviously a good wine list is important to a restaurant of this calibre and regular wine evenings are held presenting vinyards from old and new worlds.
