One of the oldest folk-style restaurants in Sofia is now inside the National Palace of Culture building. Popular with tour groups, the restaurants offers a traditional folklore programme including the jolly 'horo' dance which all guests are invited to join in with.
If you're up for a bit of fun and want to try our traditional Bulgarian cuisine then Chevermeto won't disappoint. 'Cheverme' means spit-roasted lamb but this is far from the only offering on the long menu featuring salads, appetizers, vegetarian dishes, stews and grilled meats.
