A quaint purpose-built railway line for children is to be found in the Mladezhki Halm (Youth Hill) Park. Since 1979 the colourful 4 wagon train has been taking children on a 25-minute ride along a real railway line that goes through a tunnel, over a bridge, past houses and to the top of the hill, providing a fantastic view of the city. Runs from April till mid October.
Tickets are bought from the conductor and children must be accompanied by an adult. The park itself is an attractive place for a walk or picnic.
