Japanese cuisine is not all sushi, contrary to what many Russians believe. At Tokyo, guests can get a much better impression of modern Japanese cuisine. Today, walking down the streets of cosmopolitan Tokyo explorers can find Chinese noodle shops, French boulangeries, Indian tandoori and virtually everything else side by side. Head chef Pavel Lee found inspiration in this and that is why his menu is unlike any other Japanese menu in the Russian capital. Seafood is the name of the game here, with weekly deliveries straight from Japan. Meat lovers will also find things like Wagyu beef, lamb chops, miso marinated chicken and much more. The best part of all this is that the prices don't bite: you can get hamachi sushi from 260Rbl or a baked crab roll for 690Rbl!
