Charity working in the Moscow and Pskov regions providing education and summer camps for orphans, who have little access to school or recreation opportunities as well as supporting a 'big brother - big sister scheme' to help orphans find their way. ROOF also runs a transitional living programme to help older orphans cope with the transition period of leaving the orphanage and works to educate and support orphans who have physical, mental or behavioural problems and are therefore treated by the state as 'unteachable'.
